Youth equity stewardship

Wade Antonio Colwell & Benjie Howard co-founded Youth Equity Stewardship (YES!) in 2011. Today our team of creative facilitators is inspired by the arc of school vision bending towards stewardship and reciprocity, where students, teachers, families, support staff, administrators and the community at large, realize the mutual benefit of healthy relationships, inclusive practices, and equitable educational environments. Wade also is a consultant/thought leader for Deep Equity, a comprehensive process for schools moving from vision to transformation.
